Appointed laboratory for verification/inspection of medical devices with measuring function

  • Applying/translating national regulatory requirements for inspection of medical devices into practice (post-market surveillance and vigilance system) with workable plans.
  • Establishing and maintaining contact with national and regional regulatory authorities for establishment of an adequate working environment
  • Disseminating relevant information to key stakeholders and contact to the clients.
  • Implementation, assessment, monitoring and accreditation of quality management system according to international standards (ISO 17020 and ISO 9001) which includes organization and management of the technical part of the work process, resolving user complaints and management of non-compliant inspections, staff supervision.
  • Conducting quality testing (product compliance) of medical devices according to ISO 17020 and IEC 60601 standards, as well as per national regulation
  • Building capacity in the organisation using emails and face to face meetings.
  • Internal and external education of employees and customers regarding regulatory requirements of medical device inspection.
  • Assuring compliance and renewal of licence for medical devices with ionizing radiation as per regulatory framework in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • Establishing and maintaining the first digital database of used medical devices in Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Representing the company in all the Regulatory Audit/Inspection visits, maintain all records for Audit/ Inspection visits as per Corporate Records Management and follow up all the required corrective actions through progress sheets.
